Background: Twiztid was brought to the HwF during the creation of the Asylum. As the first true heavyweight Twiztid went straight after the HwF Title. Scab holding this title had no clue what to do but what he always does Hardcore.

The title exchanged hands back and forth. Then finally came the challenge. Twiztid wanted a "Death Match" with barbed-wire ropes and all, Scab accepted. The match was brutal. In the end the both men where down, but only one held the title. Twiztid's hand was held up in victory.
