Background: During the downfall of the Asylum. A new Invation was coming about. The GWF was starting to take over the HwF territory. Strife was one of the GWF members that invaded the HwF shows. By a fluke Strife won the HwF Backyard title in his rookie year. This force him under HwF ruling. Suicide knowing this forced Strife to face the owner of the GWF, Spaz.

Spaz being so cocky handed up the GWF ownership in this match. After this hecktic match Strife became the victor and now owned the GWF. With his lack of experiance the GWF fell and was never reclaimed.
